Introduction
We believe it is important to make the booking process as transparent and easy as possible. We therefore make all the booking information and terms and conditions available to all our clients. Fees are quoted on our website and are listed to include Course Handbooks, Examination Fees and all the other learning materials required to ensure a positive learning experience.
Group / Corporate Client Booking forms
Corporate clients and group bookings should Contact Us for details of available dates. Once dates have been agreed a booking form must be completed and returned to us. Group / corporate booking forms available to download can be found on the Booking Forms Page
Individual Booking Forms
To make an individual booking on any of our courses simply go to our Course Dates page and identify the date and location of the course you wish to attend, download the appropriate booking form and send the completed booking form with the associated Fee to the address indicated.
If there is no date or location that suits your needs then please Contact Us and we will endeavour to open a course to suit your needs. Please note, that at this time 'open enquiries' are the most common way for us to schedule a course.

We are continuously looking to open new satellite training centres and welcome enquiries from any part of the United Kingdom and internationally.
Course Dates
Some of our courses run as 'open' courses; these are course where candidates can join independently until the course is fully booked. Other courses are run specifically for corporate clients or organisations for their members or their employees. Sometimes these organisations allow us to include a number of 'open' places for candidates from outside of the organisation to join.
Our Course Dates page contains all the current open courses or courses where corporate clients have agreed to allow us some 'open' places to fill. These can be booked by Contacting Us or by completing and returning a Booking Form.
We would emphasise that if a suitable date and location is not available, we would still recommend you contact us as we are regularly adding dates and occasionally have cancellations or run courses which are not advertised on our course dates page for a number of reasons. By making contact with us we may open a course in your area, with you as the first registered candidate. This means that the location and date will suit you perfectly.
Fees
Our Fees are clearly available and easy to find, they are straightforward and without a sting it the tail (or invoice). Our prices clearly state what they cover, training materials and handbooks are always included within fee.
We are honest in our approach, if you ask; “are we the cheapest you will find?” we will not provide you with sweeping statements or 'money back guarantee, if you find cheaper'; but we will tell you that you will get excellent value for money, exemplary service and outstanding results.

We are not a 'certificate delivery company' whose only objective is getting candidates to pass examinations, our value is in the learning experience we provide candidates with.
