Whatever the size of the event you are organising, there is always an issue of co-ordinating all the areas that are involved. These include areas such as Licensed Bars, Catering, Technical Crew, Event Security, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Risk Assessment, Event Paramedics, Environmental Acoustic Monitoring, artistes & entertainments and local authorities.
Beyond The Blue can provide you with services in all these areas, but more importantly we can help you ensure that all these areas work together and co-ordinate effectively and efficiently. By providing a consultancy package, we can ensure that wherever possible different activities are not in conflict with each other and that crossover is always positive and cost efficient.
For example, your neighbours may have reason to complain about noise and disturbance from your event. Even if you have taken measures to combat the possibility of disturbance and employed professionals to monitor environmental acoustic levels in the local area, they still have to communicate with the technical crew to ensure action is taken when required. This seems straight forward; however experience tells us that on many occasions different areas work very independently of each other and our role would be to ensure that there is positive co-ordination and co-operation.
To achieve our goals we consult extensively prior to any event and put the relevant protections and systems in place to ensure that preparations are immaculate. This is done through briefings and documentation circulated to relevant parties and can also be achieved through Event Management of the event, event co-ordination or assisting existing employees in achieving their goals.
