At Beyond The Blue our goal is to provide excellence in customer service and to develop long term relationships with our clients.

Although we regularly deliver one-off training based on our existing training programmes, we always seek to develop longer term strategies with our clients. With our consultants and trainers coming from a variety of backgrounds, we pride ourselves on the ability to meet and exceed our clients high expectations in all the sectors in which we specialise.

In order to achieve these goals, we always take the opportunity to learn about our clients business. This often takes the form of us performing a Training Needs Analysis (pdf document) prior to developing services or training so that we always meet our clients requirements. When providing training this strategy enables us to be substantially more effective than our competitors and ensures that training programmes and instructors are more effective in dealing with real issues, that candidates understand and can relate to.

We encourage the use of our clients own facilities for training, as this allows them to both make cost savings and to cause as little disruption to their workforce as necessary. Our message is stay where you are, we’ll come to you; wherever you are in the UK or internationally. Providing you have suitable facilities, we will seek approval from awarding bodies (where required) to accredit your facility for training and examinations at no additional cost.

All our courses are certificated. Where we run courses exclusively for corporate clients we provide candidates with the original certificate(s) and the employer with a complete training record for their files. This can include;

  • A copy of each candidate’s certificate(s)
  • Each candidate’s signed 'Training Record Sheet' (original copy) - this is a document candidates sign to confirm they have attended the training and the subjects covered. Having a signed 'paper-trail' provides employers with a stronger due diligence defence.
  • A copy of the 'BIIAB Examination Results' summary
  • The 'Training Feedback Summary Form' - this is an unedited summary of all the feedback forms received from candidates. Clients can request copies of all the individual feedback forms.
  • An example of the 'Course Hand-Out Folder' – This contains a copy of all the hand-outs candidates were provided with on the day of the course.
